2023 Programming

In the spring and summer of 2023, Kate’s Kause partnered with Elmira District Community Living to start a pilot project: “Cycling for all”. As of August 2023, the total cost of the programming has been just the cost of the Van Raam Chat Rickshaw bike at $22,150. We have relied on EDCL staff and Kate’s Kause volunteers to provide rides on the bike.

The Kate’s Kause Cycling for All program aims to promote inclusivity by providing cycling opportunities for people of all abilities, fostering physical activity, community engagement, and social integration in a safe and supportive environment in the Township of Woolwich.
